What is the O-Shot?

The O-Shot, or Orgasm-Shot, is an injection that helps restore vaginal health, improves orgasms, and boosts your sexual pleasure. It also helps with vaginal dryness that can be so painful for many women. The active ingredient in the O-Shot, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), is made in the office from your own blood.

Dr. Ntaimo draws a sample of your blood, then processes it to separate platelets from other blood components. This creates a high concentration of platelets, the platelet-rich plasma, that’s used in your O-Shot.

Platelets contain proteins called growth factors, which trigger the production of new cells and tissues.

When Dr. Ntaimo injects PRP into your vagina and clitoris, the growth factors promote the production of nerves, blood vessels, and collagen. These new tissues work together to tighten and rehydrate vaginal tissues and to improve clitoral response, which leads to better orgasms.
